Oblation Sisters
of the Blessed Sacrament
of Sr. Maria Cristina Brando

The members of the Congregation of the
Oblation Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament,
founded in
Casoria (Naples) by the blessed
Maria Cristina Brando, are mostly young nuns from Italy,
Brazil, Colombia, Philippines and Indonesia. They are happy
to have devoted their life to Christ, following
the contemplative and apostolic ideals of their Foundress:

  • in the adoration of Eucharist;
  • in the prayer as atonement;
  • in the service to siblings through:

- children and youth forming
- catechism teaching
- parish pastoral work
- senior people relief
- missionary apostolate

To be a nun Sister of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament
means to have fallen in love with Eucharist,
in which the Church "finds its source and summit"
(cf. "Dominicae cenae", 4)
